Job summary

ID Logistics is hiring a Packager/Sorter to verify and palletize orders for assigned carriers. The role requires standing for long periods, strict adherence to SOPs, and accurate sorting on pallets by route.

You will monitor quality, perform frequent checks, and be part of a fast-paced warehouse team. The schedule is Mon-Thu 5:00AM–3:30PM with compensation at $17.00 per hour, plus 401K matching, STD/LTD, and vacation/sick time.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Strong teamwork and follow-through on written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and route.
• Keep products organized, properly rotated, and separated by carrier/route.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and FDA guidelines where applicable.
• Perform quality checks on pallets or boxes; stand for long periods.

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Packager, Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick-up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for sorting orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
• Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
• Attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Other Job functions or cross training may apply.
