Job summary

ID Logistics is hiring a Parcel Picker to join our operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor, you will pull and pack products per daily orders, ensure correct quantities, maintain organized inventory, and monitor quality to prevent safety issues.

This full-time shift runs Monday to Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm, with benefits including 401(k) with employer match, STD/LTD, and paid vacation and sick time.

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, asuccessful Parcel Picker pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Parcel Pickers prepare and package customer product in a safe and efficient manner whilefollowing the instruction of the Line Lead and Quality Lead. Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition,the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

The Parcel Picker's primary purpose is to perform production work such as packaging materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.
