Job summary

ID Logistics is hiring for a Waste Planner in Bethlehem, PA. You will work under the Operations Supervisor to maintain cleanliness of the production floor and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.

The role focuses on housekeeping, cardboard recycling, and efficient material handling on a fast-paced warehouse floor. Essential duties include coordinating with the Production Supervisor, maintaining orderly stations, and communicating issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule required; must be able to work first shift.
• Positive approach; team player.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse housekeeping with Production Supervisor.
• Pickup recycled cardboard and process through the compactor.
• Maintain stocked stations with product such as labels, coffee pallets, and pallets.
• Keep production floor clean and organized.
• Manage trash containers and disposal in assigned areas.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas such as restrooms and break rooms.
• Maintain and organize damaged pallets outside the warehouse.
• Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Waste Planner is a key role in coordinating the cleanliness of the production floor and keeping the essential supplies stocked. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Essential Functions:

• Work closely with the Production Supervisor on warehouse housekeeping.
• Pickup recycled corrugated cardboard and process through the compactor.
• Keep stations/tables with enough product such as: labels, coffee pallets, cardboard, pallets to build.
• Keep the production floor clean.
• Responsible for trash containers in corresponding areas including emptying and disposing of trash.
• Assist with cleaning of common space areas such a restroom, breakroom, and or offices when needed.
• Maintenance and organization of the damaged pallets outside of the warehouse.
• Communicate all issues to Production Supervisor.
• This job will include other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 5:00AM – 3:30PM

Compensation:

• $17.00
• 401K with matching program
