Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Quality Control Clerk to verify order information and ensure accuracy before shipment. Under supervision, you will perform pallet checks, BOM reviews, and cross-check job instructions to maintain high quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse, and compliance with safety guidelines. This is a Friday–Sunday schedule in a non-exempt position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using RF technology.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check all finished goods to ensure pallet information is correct before put away.
• Verify orders for correct SKU, quantity, packaging and quality.
• Review production BOMs to stock utilized.
• Review job instructions and update if necessary.
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers.
• Maintain attention to detail and multitask effectively.
• Perform quality checks on pallets or box orders.

Role and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

• Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away.
• Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality)
• Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized.
• Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary)
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers
• Attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa.
• Other Job functions or cross training could apply.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday 7:00AM - 7:30 PM

Compensation: $19.00
