Job summary

Pepper Source is seeking a Packager for the 1st shift to verify quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment. You will prepare packaging, apply labels, and ensure adherence to customer specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Packager

Reports To: Department Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

1st Shift

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Overtime required based on production need.

$15.00/hour

Verifies quantity, quality, and labeling of products ready for shipment by performing the following duties:

• Ensures correct box type, box liners and packing methods are used.
• Assembles boxes and affixes labels on packaging.
• Examines packs, cups, or bottles and contents of items for conformance to customer specifications.
• Palletize boxes onto correct pallets to follow customer specifications.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills
