Job summary

Pepper Source is a family-owned company that provides custom sauces, seasonings, and dry coating systems to major poultry and food service industries. We are hiring a Forklift Driver - Shipping & Receiving to support our 1st shift operations in Van Buren, AR.

The role involves operating a propane-powered forklift, moving pallets, loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory. Candidates should meet safety standards and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to operate a forklift and perform inventory tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive propane forklift to move pallets and materials as directed.
• Position forks under loads and transport to designated areas.
• Unload, stack, and organize materials on the work floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory by recording weights and quantities.
• Complete forklift checklists and assist with loading/unloading trailers as needed.
