Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas in Jessup, MD is seeking an Inside Sales/Campaign Coordinator to manage outbound sales campaigns, schedule appointments, and follow up to boost sales productivity. The role also analyzes customer satisfaction with MTG products and collaborates with SBU Sales Leaders, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.

Responsibilities include quoting, pre-qualifying leads with corporate marketing, restocking showroom merchandise, and assisting in warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with outbound calling/inside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage relationships.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Clear, effective speaking manner for explaining information to customers and colleagues.
• Basic math and pricing calculation skills.
• Willingness to learn MTG products, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales with new or existing customers.
• Provide quotes or complete sales to gain new business when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities or issues that could yield new business and relay to the correct function.
• Restock showroom merchandise and keep displays orderly.
• Handle product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving and inventory stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness following management guidelines.
• Identify leads and manage pre-qualification with sales and marketing.
• Track results of outbound campaigns and support inbound customer service as needed.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations and safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.
