Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outbound calling inside sales or marketing desirable.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and provide service.
• Proficient in basic math and product information handling.
• Good telephone communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales and notify the team.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities and relay information to the right function.
• Restock and organize showroom merchandise as needed.
• Handle product requests, pricing and technical information.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving and stocking.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper merchandising.
• Identify lead sources and pre-qualify prospects with marketing input.
• Track outcomes of outbound campaigns.
• Back up inbound customer service when required.
• Comply with DOT and OSHA regulations and safety rules.
