Federal Express Corporation seeks a trained Package Handler (PH) trainer to coach new PHs in loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques. You will also ensure safe handling, assist with procedures, and reinforce safety standards across the team.

The role includes hands-on coaching, feedback to peers, and occasional shifts of 3–5 hours with potential for multiple shifts. Prior PH experience is preferred, and a valid CDL/DOT or equivalent may be required for switching equipment.

Qualificações

• No formal education required.
• Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler with FedEx Ground preferred.
• Ability to train multiple peer PHs simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilidades

• Trains new PHs on unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, smalls handling, SWAK, and non-conveyable package handling techniques.
• Provides training to PHs in need of instruction as determined by management.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among peers.
• Updates managers on conditions during the sort to aid efficiency decisions.
• Loads/unloads and trains others while handling packages.
• Uses hand-to-surface methods for all package handling.
