Responsibilities

• Trains new PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, and smalls handling techniques.
• Provides training to other PHs as needed per management.
• Ensures dock safety standards are followed and communicates conditions to managers.
• Assists in implementing new package handling procedures.
• Loads/unloads, palletizes, lifts, carries, pushes and pulls packages while training others.
