Formación

• Trains new PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing and handling techniques.
• Trains peers who need instruction on unloading, carrying, palletizing, SWAK or non-conveyables.
• Provides feedback on proper package handling techniques.
• Reinforces dock safety standards among PHs.
• Demonstrates processes and updates on conditions during sort for efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Trains multiple PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing, carrying, smalls handling, SWAK and non-conveyable handling.
• Provides training to PHs and offers additional instruction as needed.
• Updates managers on sort conditions to aid operation decisions.
• Loads/unloads and trains others while performing standard duties.
