Job summary

Ascend Performance Materials is seeking a Package Assembly professional to assemble, supply and maintain packages used in ADN Synthesis and EHD Reactors. You will follow Standard Work Instructions, inspect materials, and ensure packages meet build criteria.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation including punch presses and cranes, and ongoing process improvements through Lean/Six Sigma activities. Night shifts and overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: Associate degree or HS diploma with Work Keys criteria.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform demanding industrial tasks.
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, supplies and maintains packages for ADN Synthesis and EHD Reactors.
• Operates punch press and table, builds package tops and bottoms, and inspects material quality.
• Supports safety efforts and adheres to environmental requirements.
• Participates in Lean/Six Sigma activities to improve process performance.
• Completes required paperwork and trains to highest level in area.
