Job summary

Delphi Technologies in Athens, GA is seeking a night-shift packaging operator to operate and set up packaging equipment in a busy manufacturing environment. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures, perform data entry on packaging information and downtime, and keep a safe, clean work area.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure policy compliance, communicate equipment needs, and help maintain quality and production yields on a fast-moving line.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures to operate packaging equipment.
• Assists during set up of packaging equipment.
• Maintains all waste materials in proper satellite storage bis.
• Assists in completing all documentation required.
• Observes, challenges, advises, and supports teammates to adhere to policies and/or procedures.
• Effectively communicates process and/or equipment needs.
• Responsible for data entry which includes recording product packaging information, downtime, and standard production yields.
• Maintains facilities and equipment as required by SOPs.
