Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate for our Turners Falls, MA facility. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading/moving materials, and operating packaging equipment in a GMP environment. The position is on-site with a 3rd shift from 10:55 p.m.

to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday. You will monitor conveyors, handle bottles, perform quality inspections, and help maintain inventory and labeling accuracy while following

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintains punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
• Works collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth production.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects bottles during production, packaging, and labeling for quality.
