Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Pack Production Planning Supervisor in Manteno, IL. You will develop and coordinate production plans across multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery, optimize resources, and drive readiness for Pack production lines.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Engineering to maintain schedules and resolve issues. The role emphasizes strong data analytics, material readiness, and proactive capacity planning in a fast-paced, battery/EV

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience in battery, EV, energy storage, automotive, or complex manufacturing industries preferred.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop annual, daily, and long-term Pack production plans based on forecasts, orders, capacity, and inventory.
Create and maintain detailed Pack production schedules and balance capacity, manpower, and material availability.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and other functions to secure material readiness and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor plan execution, identify deviations, bottlenecks, and delivery risks; implement recovery actions when needed.
Lead cross-functional planning meetings, communicate priorities, and drive on-time delivery.
