Gotion Inc. is seeking a Pack Production Planning Supervisor to develop, coordinate, and monitor production plans for Pack manufacturing.

You will lead a planning team and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics to ensure readiness, on-time delivery, and efficient operations. The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and data analysis skills, with experience in manufacturing or energy storage industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in battery, EV, energy storage, automotive, or complex manufacturing preferred.
• ERP/MRP systems experience; SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Bilingual Chinese/English skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual Pack production plans based on forecasts, orders, capacity, inventory, and delivery needs.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for Pack lines.
• Balance capacity, manpower, equipment, material, and priorities to meet delivery dates.
• Monitor plan execution and identify deviations, bottlenecks, and risks; implement recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production to ensure material readiness.
• Organize production planning meetings and drive cross-functional issue resolution.
• Maintain planning data, KPI reporting, and performance analyses.
• Lead and develop the Pack production planning team.
