Job summary

Gotion Inc. in Manteno, IL is seeking a Cell Production Planning Supervisor to lead the cell production planning team and develop daily, weekly, and long-term production plans that meet business objectives and customer demand.

You will collaborate with Cell Production, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, R&D, and Pack Production Planning to ensure material readiness, capacity utilization, and timely supply to downstream Pack production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, manufacturing ops, or related field.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term cell production plans.
• Coordinate with Pack production to align upstream/downstream requirements.
• Monitor production performance, inventory, yield, and capacity utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Lead Cell production planning meetings and manage team performance.
