Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Pack Operator to support the Pack department. The role reports to a Supervisor and performs duties including removing parts from conveyors, testing cylinders, packaging, and conducting quality checks. Must adhere to safety regulations and can work overtime as needed.

Candidate will use Kanban for workflow management, read production documents, and maintain accurate records with AS400 systems. The position requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret method sheets, drawings and production reports.
• Follow safety rules and 5S standards in all tasks.
• Perform quality checks and assemble/reconfigure parts as required.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from conveyor and stock locations.
• Fill, test, and regulate cylinders to specification.
• Package finished parts for shipment and label correctly.
