Allegion seeks a Pack Operator to support the Pack department in assembling, testing, and packaging safety components. You will follow established procedures to ensure accurate labeling and shipment readiness, maintaining quality checks and safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling cylinders, performing timely inspections, and operating within a 5S workflow. This role may require overtime and physical work in a manufacturing environment at Allegion's facility.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to use Kanban workflow for build performance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and perform from documents (method sheets, drawings, schedules).
• Ability to identify components and gain parts knowledge.
• Ability to use CRT and data entry technologies (bar code, AS400).

Aufgaben

• Remove parts from conveyor or locate from stock.
• Fill, test, regulate cylinders.
• Package finished parts and prepare them for shipment.
• Perform quality checks on parts and products.
• Label and reconfigure products as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and 5S standards.
