Job summary

Alleguard is seeking an Inspector Packer to inspect molded/assembled parts for defects and pack them per customer specifications. You will contribute to quality control by identifying deviations and maintaining accurate shift records.

Responsibilities include secondary operations, labeling, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required to meet customer demand. This role offers a 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. shift in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to inspect and sort parts for defects.
• Able to pack parts into designated packaging or pallet configurations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pack acceptable parts into predefined packaging or pallet configurations.
• Perform secondary operations as needed to meet customer specs (rework/assembly/repack).
• Discard or reject products not meeting specifications.
• Label completed containers with required item information.
• Record production data accurately during shift.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; discard rejected parts properly.
