Job summary

UFORCE seeks a Director of Strategic Relationships, Pacific to establish a senior presence on Oahu and lead trusted engagements with Pacific commands. You will translate customer insight into opportunities, coordinate with Navy, SOCOM, and Army sales leaders, and drive a growing Pacific footprint.

You’ll deliver weekly intelligence updates, prioritize exercises, and shape a scalable operating model to ensure successful demonstrations and commercially meaningful outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in or alongside Pacific military commands with access and credibility across ranks.
• Ability to deliver concise intelligence updates for leadership with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across PACOM, USARPAC, PACFLT, SOCPAC, and MARFORPAC.
• Deliver weekly Pacific intelligence updates on requirements, funding signals, competitor activity, and exercise developments.
• Advance the Pacific pipeline by qualifying and progressing opportunities and clarifying funding paths.
• Support planning conferences, site visits, access, equipment movement and local execution for exercises.
• Create a Hawaii-focused demonstration playbook covering water/land access, permissions, safety, and lead times.
• Turn leadership visits into productive agendas with clear objectives and timely follow-up.
• Identify and cost local storage, security, transport and maintenance options within 30 days of decision.
• Be the primary UFORCE contact for Pacific visits, requests, exercises and operational issues.
• Document stakeholder relationships and operating playbooks to scale the model later.
