Job summary

UFORCE is seeking a Director of Strategic Relationships, Pacific to establish and grow a comprehensive presence on Oahu. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Navy, SOCOM, and Army sales teams to convert customer insight into actionable opportunities and ensure readiness of personnel and equipment for Pacific deployments.

Qualifications

• Recent experience with Pacific military commands and credible access across ranks.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering concise operational updates for leadership.
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing field logistics and equipment movement.
• Experience planning live demonstrations or supporting military exercises.
• Experience hosting senior executives with agenda development and briefings.
• Working knowledge of defense funding pathways and acquisitions.
• Hands-on, resourceful problem solving with sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel 25-40% and be based on Oahu.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships across PACOM, USARPAC, PACFLT, SOCPAC, and MARFORPAC.
• Deliver weekly Pacific intelligence updates with requirements, funding signals, and exercise developments.
• Advance the Pacific pipeline toward $10M+ in opportunities and secure at least one award first year.
• Support planning conferences, site visits, access, equipment movement, and local execution.
• Create a Hawaii demo playbook and coordinate capabilities demonstrations.
• Turn leadership visits into productive agendas with attendees, objectives, and follow-ups.
• Identify and cost local storage, transport, and maintenance options within 30 days.
• Be the default UFORCE contact for Pacific visits and operational issues.
• Document relationships and playbooks to enable future teams.
