SpaceX is seeking a State and Local Government Affairs Manager (Pacific) in Hawthorne, CA. The role focuses on advancing state government relations, policy support, and stakeholder engagement for SpaceX and SpaceXSI across the Pacific region.

Travel and onsite presence are required to drive priority initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in public/government affairs, strong relationships with Pacific leaders, and a track record of cross-functional

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in public or government affairs, including state and local policy, advocacy, and crisis/issue management.

Aufgaben

Lead engagement with state and local leaders across the designated region to support core SpaceX and SpaceXSI priorities.
Develop, maintain, and build upon a network of relationships with local government officials, lawmakers, and regulatory decision-makers.
Monitor and analyze local and regional policy developments.
Perform research as needed, develop policy and collateral materials.
Support the Director of Government Affairs with statewide government relations priorities as needed.
