Job summary

Really Great Reading seeks a Regional Sales Partner to own the Pacific territory (CA, WA, OR, AK, HI) in a fully remote role based in California. You will drive annual bookings, build a robust pipeline, and cultivate relationships with school districts and decision-makers to expand adoption of literacy solutions.

You will manage pricing, proposals, and contracts, with a 35% close rate goal, travel up to 50%, and high collaboration with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education sales or related field.
• 3+ years quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with proven quota attainment.
• Experience with HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pacific territory across CA, WA, OR, AK, and HI with expansion bookings.
• Source pipeline via outbound activity and manage 25+ meetings monthly.
• Build relationships with district decision-makers and navigate complex deals.
• Present product value remotely and on-site to align with district outcomes.
• Lead pricing, proposals, and contracting to achieve targets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams.
