MANTECH is seeking a Senior JOPT Analyst to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The role emphasizes operations planning, data interpretation, and cross‑functional training within a multinational theater.

The successful candidate will oversee studies in systems analysis, coordinate technical reports, and lead training sessions, while mentoring staff and ensuring data accuracy across training platforms and simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Professional-level certification in joint operational planning or instructional design.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience (experience may substitute for education).

Responsibilities

• Approves and monitors studies regarding systems analysis and procedural design for operational efficiency.
• Coordinates the development of Technical Reports and procedures manuals to simplify complex management tasks.
• Authorize data collection and interpretation for supply chain and logistics network optimization.
• Oversees JOPT training sessions and wargaming events for multinational partners within the theater.
• Coordinate preparation of technical training documentation for demonstrations and exercises.
• Validate data used in training platforms to enhance decision-making across the command.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
