MANTECH seeks motivated, career- and customer-oriented Personnel Resource Analysts to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on planning and directing daily personnel resource management and organizational evaluation to support mission readiness.

Senior and midlevel positions require degrees in HR or related fields and 3+ or 10+ years of experience, with openness to DoW systems like JMAPS and SOPs; active Secret Clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior Level requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience; quality gate oversight preferred.
• Midlevel requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience; ability to draft technical personnel docs.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP or MIL-STD knowledge and DoW systems familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Plans and directs daily personnel resource management tasks.
• Monitor personnel distribution metrics and advise on resource allocation.
• Prepare Technical Personnel Reports for executive review.
• Oversee personnel resource analysis and manning for Pacific AOR OPS Centers.
• Evaluate Regional Personnel Reports to prioritize staff movements for readiness.
• Lead coordination of local Administrative Teams to resolve staffing shortfalls.
