Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks an experienced operations leader to manage multiple scientific teams in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Colorado. You will lead group leaders, ensure high-quality service to clients, and coordinate with Senior Leadership on governance and growth initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership, GMP lab familiarity, and strong client-facing skills. Remote with local Seattle-area travel; full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related concentration.
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
• Laboratory experience in pharmaceutical/clinical/GMP settings.
• Ability to travel locally in the Seattle area frequently; up to 5% other travel.
• Strong client service, relationship management and teamwork skills.
• Regular attendance, punctuality, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for multiple scientific teams in Pacific NW (Washington and Colorado).
• Lead direct reports, group leaders and their teams, and serve clients in technical settings.
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Regular meetings with direct reports, department, and client management.
• Disseminate administrative communications and policies; manage budget as defined by Director.
• Coach and develop staff for strong succession planning.
