Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Portland, OR is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and rentals of PTA products across the Pacific Northwest. You will build relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones through in-person visits and strategic planning.

You will coordinate with Inside Rental Representatives and other partners to achieve revenue targets, manage a defined territory, and present CTOS and partner products with confidence. Travel and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn technical material.
• Ability to learn sales, rental, and inventory software systems (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce).
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage designated territory and build relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales team leader for the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations to meet goals.
• Emphasize CTOS PTA features and benefits and other vendors.
• Plan visits, qualify needs, present solutions, and close sales.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.
• Quote prices and discuss terms with customers.
• Produce rental and sales revenue to meet territory targets.
• Develop a network of referrals for growth.
