Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners represents an established Seattle-area engineering, architecture, and planning firm seeking a Regional Vice President to expand its Pacific Northwest presence. This senior market leader will focus on business development, client relationships, market strategy, and regional growth, with no direct reports, enabling delivery of opportunities and coordination of resources.

The ideal candidate is a licensed engineer, architect, or planner with Washington registration and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning, construction management, or related field.
• Active professional registration as PE/SE or licensed architect; WA registration required.
• 10+ years in engineering, architecture, construction, environmental consulting, or related AEC services.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship growth.
• Established Pacific Northwest infrastructure and public agency networks.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Pacific Northwest operations.
• Expand relationships with public agencies, owners, and partners.
• Identify opportunities across transportation, aviation, and facilities.
• Lead business development, pursuits, negotiations, and client outreach.
• Connect clients with technical teams across the firm.
• Report regional pipeline activity and growth priorities to leadership.
• Mentor local managers and emerging leaders.
