Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet is seeking a Senior Executive Service leader to oversee budgetary services, fiscal analyses, and audit readiness initiatives.

This role focuses on PPBE processes, fund control, and strategic financial planning across current and long-range objectives. The incumbent will coordinate with ASN (FM&C) and other senior stakeholders to ensure fiduciary integrity and compliance with DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and Technical Qualifications (TQs) are required for SES.
• Experience in PPBE processes and budget execution is essential.
• Ability to work across organizations with high-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of resource planning guidelines for objectives.
• Provide input for PACFLT in PO&M and FYDP.
• Maintain and audit fiscal databases and assist in finalizing budgets.
• Direct development of policies for PACFLT budgetary services.
• Ensure fiduciary integrity of direct appropriations.
