NAVSUP Pearl Harbor is seeking a Supervisory Management Analyst to lead financial accountability, budget operations, and program management for the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor.

The role requires directing budgets, funding documents, and headquarters programs, with an emphasis on strategic partnerships and cross-agency collaboration to support Products & Services for joint military and civilian entities.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-12 in Federal service or private/public sector.
• Experience directing command-wide financial accountability and budget operations including annual budgets and funding documents.
• Experience implementing HQ programs (WFM, Civilian Payroll, Time/Org/Personnel Management, ERP User Management, GCPC/GTCC, DTS) and negotiating strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Supervisory Management Analyst for NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.
• Direct and manage financial accountability, budget development, justification, and execution.
• Initiate business case analyses to negotiate terms and establish partnerships for P&S across military and government activities.
