Job summary

Midland Care Connection in Topeka, KS is seeking a dedicated Wellness Assistant to support older adults through the PACE program. You will lead and assist with exercise activities to promote balance, mobility, and independence, under the guidance of an interdisciplinary care team.

This full-time, day-shift role offers opportunities to contribute to in-home and community-based care, with benefits including health plans, paid time off, retirement plan, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic caregiving or healthcare experience.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (dressing, mobility, transfers).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Physical ability to lift and safely transfer participants.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
