Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a PACE Scheduler to develop and improve scheduling processes for the PACE Clinic in Seattle. You will collaborate with Transportation, Day Center, and PACE staff to coordinate movements for participants and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years scheduling experience in a healthcare setting, and familiarity with EHR systems. Multitasking, medical terminology, and Mandarin/Cantonese/Taishanese language skills are valued;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years scheduling experience preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to multitask and speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese; BLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the PACE scheduling program and processes.
• Coordinate participant and staff movement within the PACE Clinic.
• Perform administrative scheduling duties to ensure smooth operations.

Job Summary

The PACE Scheduler is responsible for the development and process improvement of the PACE scheduling program. Works closely and communicates effectively with Transportation, Day Center, the IDT, PACE staff, and participants and their families to ensure the smooth coordination of participant and staff movement within the program. Performs a variety of administrative scheduling duties to ensure the efficient operations of the PACE Clinic.

Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting. Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Ability to multitask. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese, required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
