Job summary

Valir Health in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee and provide nursing care to our PACE participants in their homes or at the PACE center.

You will perform level of care and nursing assessments to support the Plan of Care, with day shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN License without restrictions.
• CPR Certification.
• ACLS Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide nursing care to meet the needs of the PACE Participants and achieve goals in the Plan of Care.
• Administer level of care assessments and nursing assessments; care delivered primarily in participants' homes, at the PACE center, or in other in-patient facilities.

About the Role

Job Summary:
