Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee PACE homecare program accounts. You will manage client relationships, drive growth, and lead the Program Support Team, ensuring service delivery excellence and compliance.

You will partner with sales and account management to identify opportunities, monitor satisfaction and performance metrics, and balance workloads for efficient operations. Strong healthcare operations knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in account or program management or 3+ years in client relations, preferably healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing or homecare.
• Experience managing PACE program accounts or homecare staffing.
• Familiar with MSP/VMS technology and client visits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for PACE program clients and build trusted relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Program Support Team for accountability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and ensure delivery excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements across accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
