Job summary

San Ysidro Health is seeking a PACE Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate major initiatives across the PACE program, aligning clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to drive project success.

The position is hybrid (3 days in person, 2 days remote) in San Diego County, with Epic and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in the health care industry.
• 2 years of demonstrated project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related discipline.
• Effective presentation skills; Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong data analysis, data presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major organizational initiatives and multiple mid- and small-scale projects impacting care delivery and compliance.
• Serve as primary organizer, facilitator, planner, and problem solver with full accountability for execution.
• Engage stakeholders to develop evidence-based recommendations from data and observations.
