Job summary

San Ysidro Health seeks a Business Development Supervisor to lead PACE recruitment and marketing efforts under the Senior Enrollment Manager, ensuring enrollment goals are met and community awareness grows.

You will manage the marketing team, develop annual plans, liaise with clinicians and facilities, and ensure compliance with CMS and California DHCS/DMHC rules. High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred; CA certification required within 60 days; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outreach and marketing experience in healthcare or related field.
• 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Knowledge of HMO, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Medicare, and senior care sales/marketing.
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to obtain CA PACE/Medi-Cal Marketing Certification.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PACE recruitment and marketing efforts to meet enrollment goals.
• Supervise the marketing team and streamline processes.
• Develop and implement annual PACE marketing plan.
• Coordinate with physicians, care coordinators, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and DHCS/DMHC policies.
