Job summary

San Ysidro Health is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support the San Diego PACE Compliance Program under the supervision of the Compliance Manager. You will schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, generate reports, and help maintain policies and staff trainings, ensuring regulatory alignment.

You may travel to San Diego PACE facilities or contractor sites to support initiatives, and you will assist with audits, contractor oversight, and compliance monitoring in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree or higher OR 1-3 years of relevant work experience can substitute for education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing the duties within a Corporate Compliance Program.
• Minimum 1 year of intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Experience taking meeting minutes.
• Experience scheduling meetings in Microsoft Outlook or equivalent platform.
• Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in Microsoft OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Administer San Diego PACE’s Compliance Program and track associated activities.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes for compliance activities.
• Assist with organizing internal and external audit initiatives.
• Assist with contractor compliance oversight and monitoring efforts.
• Assist with the development of, tracking, and implementation of staff trainings.
• Assist with tracking and trending compliance issues.
• Assist with reporting including Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with developing presentations including Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Monitor regulatory communications from CMS, DHCS, and other agencies.
• Assist management with policies and procedures updates in line with regulatory requirements.
