The PACE President is a full-time, hybrid leadership role that will require regular travel to site locations including Oklahoma City, OK, and Alexandria, VA. This position is responsible for overall strategic direction, operational performance, and regulatory compliance of the Valir PACE program. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring Executive Directors and site leaders, setting program goals, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for participants. The PACE President oversees financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation, while cultivating relationships with community partners, regulators, and healthcare providers. This role also involves monitoring program outcomes, driving quality improvement initiatives, and communicating regularly with the executive leadership team and board on program status and growth opportunities.
