Job summary

The Outreach Specialist will manage marketing campaigns, engage providers and referral sources, and support enrollment processes while maintaining relationships with community leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in community outreach, marketing, educational activities, and customer service (preferred).
• Current BLS CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual marketing plan to achieve enrollment goals.
• Plans and coordinates advertising and promotional campaigns for the PACE Program.
• Responds to calls from prospective participants and explains enrollment process.
