Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking an Outreach Specialist to plan and direct outreach and marketing efforts for the Merced PACE Center. The role supports intake and enrollment and coordinates with an interdisciplinary team to enroll new participants.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly compensation. Responsibilities include coordinating enrollment activities, building partnerships with community organizations, and educating referral sources about PACE services.

Qualifications

• Valid California Driver’s License, acceptable driving record and vehicle insurance.
• Two years marketing/outreach, advocacy in government, or human services assistance programs in healthcare.
• BLS CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs outreach and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate intake and enrollment activities.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations.
• Establish rapport with community leaders and partners.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan for enrollment goals.
• Educate referral sources and the community on PACE services.
• Participate in quality improvement and public relations activities.
• Answer calls and explain the enrollment process.
• Schedule intake appointments and conduct tours when needed.
