Qualifications

Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize participant outcomes.
Support physician and APP engagement and performance.
Guide care model development, utilization management, and population health initiatives.
Collaborate with operational leaders on program strategy and growth.
Represent PACE in regional and organizational leadership forums.
