Job summary

PACE Place in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Marketing and Enrollment Manager to grow awareness of the PACE program, drive qualified referrals, and guide families through enrollment. You will manage the enrollment pipeline from inquiry to enrollment, partnering with clinical and operations teams to optimize conversion and market reach.

The role requires developing strategies, building referral relationships, and using data to improve enrollment volume and service area penetration.

Qualifications

• understanding of Medicare/Medicaid dual-eligible population and enrollment factors
• ability to explain PACE eligibility and enrollment concepts to prospective participants and stakeholders
• working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and enrollment processes
• ability to identify and resolve enrollment barriers including documentation and external coordination
• experience using CRM or enrollment systems to manage multi-stage enrollment
• ability to maintain confidentiality of participant information

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing and enrollment plan aligned with growth objectives
• Translate enrollment goals into measurable marketing, referral development, and enrollment activities
• Establish relationships with hospitals, physician practices, referral partners and community stakeholders
• Coordinate enrollment activities with clinical, social services, financial eligibility, transportation, and intake teams
• Ensure enrollment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
• Coach staff in consultative communication, relationship development, and referral-source management
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews to evaluate lead activity, conversions, and barriers
• Travel regularly within the PACE service area to support enrollment efforts
