Job summary

Chapters Health System seeks a Marketing Liaison (PACE) to drive growth, outreach, and referral development for the Hope PACE program. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish to engage diverse communities, caregivers, and healthcare partners.

You will manage enrollment growth through targeted strategies, educate referral sources, and increase qualified referrals and conversions across Florida. Travel within the state is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven healthcare sales, marketing, or outreach performance required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred; clinical background considered
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or senior healthcare populations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Growth & Market Development: achieve defined enrollment and referral growth targets
• Referral Partner Engagement: liaise with physician practices, hospitals, SNFs, home health, VA, and community orgs
• Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: plan calls, build relationships, assess needs, close referrals
• Collaboration with Clinical Leadership: align strategies with participant needs and market trends
• Community Engagement & Marketing: represent Hope PACE at events, create bilingual materials
• Professional Development: stay updated on healthcare trends and CMS/state regulations
