Job summary

Trinity Health PACE Alexandria seeks a Sales & Enrollment Manager to lead the Sales & Enrollment team in meeting enrollment targets and expanding community awareness. You will oversee sales operations, referral pipelines, and compliance with PACE enrollment requirements, while mentoring staff and driving growth within the territory.

You will collaborate with marketing to develop annual plans, manage data in CRM, and report performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare sales experience.
Leadership or management experience is preferred.
Experience developing strategic sales plans and managing referral networks.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives and Community Liaisons.
Develop and execute annual sales and enrollment strategies.
Achieve fiscal year enrollment goals within the assigned territory.
Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and referral partners.
Monitor enrollment metrics and ensure timely enrollment processes.
Collaborate with marketing to implement annual plans and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with CMS, state PACE regulations, and organizational policies.
