TriHealth is seeking a Driver for the PACE of Cincinnati program in Norwood, Ohio. The position focuses on safely transporting PACE participants between homes, the center, and medical appointments, while delivering courteous service.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate PACE vehicles to transport participants to homes, the center, and medical appointments.
• Assist participants on/off vehicles safely and courteously.
• Coordinate with staff to support 24-hour care delivery and note changes.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Communicate transportation needs with participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Use software to plan routes and complete trip documentation.
• Complete required transportation reports and forms.
