Piedmont Health SeniorCare in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a PACE Clinical Manager to oversee clinic and day center operations within the PACE program. You will supervise nursing assistants, collaborate with PACE Primary Care Providers and ensure high-quality care.

Under the Clinical Services Director, you will lead education and training, manage staff, and ensure compliance with CMS competencies. This role requires an NC RN license and 5+ years of supervisory experience, with preference for PACE or

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN licensure in NC.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Ambulatory clinic, home care or PACE experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, facilitation and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage flow of the clinic and day center care provided by nursing assistants.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with PACE Primary Care Providers for thorough clinical support.
• Supervise clinic staff and CNAs, including coaching, leading and competency evaluation.
