Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking a PACE Clinical Manager to oversee clinic and day center operations in Pittsboro, NC. You will supervise nursing staff and coordinate care with PACE providers to ensure high-quality services for participants.

Requirements include RN licensure in NC and a Master's degree preferred, with at least five years of managerial experience. The role offers an established benefits package and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in NC required.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Ambulatory clinic, home care, long-term care, or PACE experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic and day center care flow under the Clinical Services Director.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with PACE Primary Care Providers.
• Ensure high-quality care and services in the day center.
• Educate and train participants, caregivers, family, and staff; communicate participant's condition to caregivers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise clinic staff and CNAs including coaching, leading, training/observations, reporting requirements, and competency evaluation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
