Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisor or management role in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, and therapy disciplines preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support all operational areas at the assigned PACE Center site, including clinic support, participant care, recreational therapies, administrative tasks, and transportation.
• Contribute to staff selection, budget processes, and care coordination with internal and external resources.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory standards, and company policies.
