Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers in Modesto, CA, seeks a PACE Associate Medical Director to lead clinical care delivery for the Central Valley PACE program. You will supervise physicians, NPs and PAs, mentor clinicians, and shape medical policies and performance programs.

You will work with the Medical Director and Clinical Committee to ensure patient-centered, high-quality care and regulatory compliance across the provider network.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor clinicians and manage staff performance.
• Experience in managed care, quality management and performance improvement.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and model GVHC mission, vision and values.
• Support and participate in direct medical delivery of care and ensure quality health services.
• Direct patient care as part of the PACE program and supervise care team.
• Develop policy, education programs and drive provider development.
• Lead in quality assurance, performance improvement and committee activities.

Education

MD/DO license (CA) for Primary Care
